We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team.
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions.

- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes - Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality - Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews - Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes - Support HR projects, such as organization design or affirmative action planning - Manage social media platforms for HR initiatives and employer branding - Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
